Hey! In my absence i’ve made a few new videos

I wanted to make some pretty videos, something nice to look at after the over all feel of window note was quite frankly terrible i wanted to create a film that really captured a moment and would be nice to look back on when i’m older for memmories.

So I made three, the first one  when we were at a park it was one of the first sunny days of the year and we were at the park swinging on some swings, so i whipped my phone out and started filming

the other was afterschool on a Friday, last day of school before the Easter break so me and my friend charlie were in the park and rhiannon found us making daisy chains

and my last video was made and filmed only yesterday, me and my friends took a trip to stratfod upon avon and i did a little filming there :) 

Its been a while…again : new film and things i regret about my first one

hi :) so my exams were over a while ago, recently i’ve been devoting my time to the arctic monkeys and art/music coursework though im gonna find some time for a new film, less ambitious(did i spell it right) than window note, but hey

so im going to learn from my mistakes which were

-listening to my dad when he said i can’t just start off with a HD camera i need to learn the basics first (casettes) okay and i don’t care im gonna gave a little rant here because he was wrong. very. wrong. i hate LOATH the way window note turned out i think yes, there are many reasons why it was bad and YES i should have filmed in EVEN MORE light but i do not care because from the start i wanted to use one of the two HD recording devices we already have in the household but no. the look of my film was seriously dented by the awful quality that it came out in.

but enough of that whats done is done and next i plan to flood my filming room with light and use a modern camera to film with

-too many people on set, and in some cases the wrong people

for eg, my producer begged me to film in her house (probably just because she wanted to be involved) fair enough, but i had to change the set film date for her last minute (almost twice) and when it came down to filming rooms she said would be okay to film in all of a sudden were not, also we were pushed for time as she wanted it to be a ‘fun sleepover too’ okay fair enough she didn’t get the fact that i’d planned this baby out for so so long and that yes one more take was 100% necessary and no it wasn’t just going to take 15 minuets to film it all so you could kick back with my cast and watch a film so next time, im filming in my own house.

-also on that note, there is only going to be one actor, this saves so much time and hassle 

well thats all the stuff that im going to change for this next one, for now i story board and write my synopsis out :)
